We enjoyed the entire experience of working with Claire while she was so very patient with us while searching for our perfect house after our retirement and deciding to downsize. When she realized we weren’t finding that perfect place, she arranged a meeting with a local builder to build the house we had hoped to find. She stayed and worked with us throughout the entire build which began during the onset of the Covid pandemic. It took a year for the build due to delays because of Covid but she made every effort to make it as easy on us as possible. After going on the market, she also sold our home of 40 years in a single day for a price over asking. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better to guide us through this stressful process.
