This is long, but I feel like the story is needed. I spoke with Claire about a month ago that my family & my Mom are wanting to sell our individual homes & purchase one home for all of us. I told her on a Thursday that we were kind of ready to start looking. Text her Thursday evening about a house we liked, she set the showing for the next day and we made an offer. The offer was accepted on Saturday evening but In order for everything to go through, we needed to have one of our homes under contract within 4 days. Claire very confidently said this is completely doable. We decided that my Mom's was the most ready, pictures were taken on Sunday evening, Claire had already put the word out on the potential listing & had it on the Market Monday morning. It was under contract that evening. Claire made this very hectic time in our lives such a calm & smooth process. She wasn't overbearing but there and available to answer any questions we had when needed, she communicated the process very well without overwhelming us. We still need her for the 2nd sell but I am so pleased with Claire's knowledge and personality. She is an amazing community minded, family oriented person that is fantastic at what she does. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

Claire is simply the Best!!! We just loved working with her, and would give her more than 5 stars if we could. She was always positive and reassuring every time that an issue came up, and we did have a few of those selling our house in Jacksonville. She always helped to keep our dream of moving to Conway alive! Always kind and patient and willing to find a way to make it all work! We recommend anyone buying or selling to use Claire.
